Super Visa

Super Visa

Super Visa is a type of visitor visa that allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to visit their children/grandchildren in Canada for extended period of time. Super Visa allows multiple entries into Canada for a period of up to five years at a time, making it a convenient option for parents and grandparents to stay longer with their families in Canada. To be eligible for Super Visa, the applicant must be a parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, they must pass a medical examination done by a panel physician, and their inviter must meet income requirement and purchase private medical insurance coverage for the applicant for at least one year. It is always recommended that the applicants also show that they have sufficient ties to their home country.
